Refund Policy for Concerts and Events​

This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for ticket purchases made for concerts and events hosted at Laska V21 (or Laska Bar), operated by SIA SCHASTJE (registration no. 40203133327), in accordance with Latvian consumer protection laws.

1. General Policy

All ticket sales are final.

Refunds are only issued in the case of event cancellation, significant changes (e.g. headliner cancellation), or date rescheduling.

Inability to attend the event for personal reasons (including illness, travel issues, or change of plans) does not qualify for a refund.
2. Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled entirely, ticket holders are required to contact us via email to request a full refund or exchange their ticket for a different event.

If the event is organized by a third-party promoter at Laska V21 (or Laska Bar), refund responsibility lies with the external organizer. This will be communicated clearly in the event information.
3. Event Rescheduling

If the event is rescheduled to a new date, all previously purchased tickets will remain valid. Ticket holders are required to contact us via email if they prefer to:

a) Exchange their ticket for a different event

b) Request a refund within 15 days of the reschedule announcement

For third-party events, refund and exchange options are handled by the respective event organizer.
4. Artist Lineup Changes

Changes to supporting acts or schedule do not qualify for a refund unless the main headliner is cancelled.
5. Force Majeure

In the event of cancellation or disruption due to circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or public health emergencies (e.g. COVID-19) — refunds will not be issued.

In such cases, tickets will remain valid for a rescheduled event or may be exchanged for another event at Laska V21 (or Laska Bar) when possible.
6. Ticket Transfer

If you cannot attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Laska V21 (or Laska Bar) is not responsible for any issues arising from private resales.
