Laska V21 presents: Evening of classic rock! Latvian stage titans CEMENTS and TAIZELS are coming together to celebrate their anniversaries - 60 and 65 years! Get ready for a powerful sound and energy that only grows stronger with time.
CEMENTS - A hard rock band formed in February 1985, known for their unique musical style: a powerful rock 'n' roll drive, excellent ensemble play, a balance of concise riffs and impressive solos, and a creative fusion of rock standards with Soviet-era lyrics.
TAIZELS - A band with a name that holds a double meaning: Taizels was a national Latvian hero who sailed the seas and discovered new lands, and in the 1970s, it was also the name of a strong alcoholic drink. The band is distinctly apolitical, focusing on timeless themes like love, life, and death.
60+65 isn’t just a number - it’s years lived in the rhythm of true rock!
