About the event
Mirage is a six-track album created between 2023 and summer 2025, reflecting a long period of routine, movement, and transformation.
Balancing between repetition and creative impulse, the album explores a state where goals blur and visions dissolve like a mirage in the distance - yet it is precisely within this cycle that new ideas emerge.
Moving away from the group’s earlier indie electronic sound, Mirage leans toward a heavier post-rock aesthetic, shaped by electronic textures and guitar-driven structures. The album also features a collaboration with the Salacgrīva folklore ensemble Cielava, blending folk vocals with synthesisers and guitars.
Instrumental trio Ares is joined by Kay Cy (Kaktins Sturitis) and Neviens, expanding the evening with their distinct instrumental and electronic soundscapes.
