Oranssi Pazuzu is like a twisting, ever-changing, interdimensional cosmic horror—if it were an animal, it would undoubtedly take the form of a boa constrictor. "Muuntautuja" flows through speakers like a radiated sandstorm, carrying ever-shifting, unsettling chords and aggressive rhythms that both transport and annihilate.

Inspired by Death Grips, Portishead, Nine Inch Nails (from their Downward Spiral era), and My Bloody Valentine, "Muuntautuja" is an electronically charged grand slam that fuses the organic with the inorganic, crafting a sonic landscape that is both biological and inhuman. It’s no surprise that this album has conquered genre-defying music critics’ charts and cemented itself as a new cult classic.

With influences ranging from '70s prog and krautrock to acid and black metal, Oranssi Pazuzu’s essence may initially seem laced with irony.
